OUR MISSION

To create socially conscious real estate investors who already live and or work in Norristown, thereby increasing homeownership, wealth, and prosperity in the seat of Montgomery County.

WHAT WE DO

Jumpstart Norristown is based on the highly regarded and effective Jumpstart Germantown model by which individuals learn to source, fund, rehab, and sell (flip) or own and rent single and multi-family properties.
 
We offer two programs:
1) Jumpstart Curriculum- Education, mentorship, and loan program designed to help new and experienced real estate investors who live and work in Norristown to create safe and equitable housing.

2) Coaching Program - Designed to take Jumpstart grads from knowledge to application. The JSN Coaching program is a structured 4-month long program to get your first or next deal. Coaches are dedicated, seasoned investor with over 10 years of real estate investing who will work with you to analyze deals; make sound offers; assemble and manage your rehab team and; get your project finished on time to flip and or refinance and cash out.

  • Norristown-Area loans (East Norriton, West Norriton and Bridgeport) @ 8.71%

  • Licensed Real Estate agent 

  • Networking opportunities to find project teammates (GC, contractors, etc..)

  • Support working efficiently with Norristown Zoning laws and regulations

  • Connection with local banks, title companies, lawyers, etc.. to make your deals run smoother

  • Opportunities to JV (Joint Venture) with seasoned investors, GCs, and or rehabbers to do more projects, bigger projects, and in less time

OBJECTIVES

  • Create a pipeline of socially conscious, homegrown investors

  • Reduce blight by rehabbing dilapidated properties 

  • Work with Borough officials and regulations to increase safety, and compliance of rehabilitated properties

  • Increase homeownership
